I want to tell you my best online tools for organizing my work flow
You ready? Trello and Google Drive.
Well to be fair, there are so many more, But for the sake of not overloading your brain- these are my favorite online tools this week.
I know I already talked about Trello being my favorite online tool and I shared a great course- that I will be sharing again- well, because I can.
Pretty cool right? You wouldn’t think 2 free programs would make a big difference but it does.
Are you paying for software, like Microsoft Office- did you know you don’t need to because Google Drive has everything you need that is in Office but it’s FREE.
I was skeptical but about 10 years ago I found out I was concerned for nothing.
There wasn’t one thing I couldn’t do in Google Drive that I did in Office.
Add On’s
You may need an add on that is in Google marketplace to do something that isn’t already built in.
For me it was to remove duplicates in my spreadsheets. In a few clicks that problem was solved. Again for FREE.
Being a small business owner, I know funds are allocated for those things that really make a difference so, when I was able to save $300, plus updates every year- not even sure if that’s the price now like I said I have been using Google Drive for over 10 years- I decided that it was worth learning this and making it my Bit$h!

Then a few years ago, Trello came into my world- and my mind was blown.
Again FREE. They have paid verison but I don’t need it. I am so in love with it I can’t even put it into words. When you refer people you get credits to try their paid verison. Which is cool, not going to lie.
Do yourself a favor, go and check them out. It’s FREE ( i might have mentioned that) tell me what you think. If you need help I would be happy to work with you so you can get comfortable with it.

My Online Tools
I knew Trello but I learned so much more after taking this course. It’s so affordable you can’t say no if you really want to step up your organizational game. For real this online tool can change your life. But like everything else, you have to use it and create a work flow that is easy for you. I mean I could sit here all day and talk about my online tools but it may not be for you because you are trying to use it exactly like me. Do you. It will work just find your groove. I promise.
Yep, I am talking about this Trello course again!
What I loved most about this course, was templates. OH the templates!
I was able to dive right in copy them to my own boards and customize them to my needs.
Now, when I start my day, I love getting in there an organizing everything I need to do.
I create a board for each big project.
And everything is connected to Google Drive where I store my life.
It’s not all sunshine & rainbows when it comes to staying organized so you can run your business efficiently, I wish it were, then I would have saved so much time and money over the years.
